DECRETO Nº 21.128 DE 08 DE FEVEREIRO DE 2022

Altera o Decreto nº 18.978 , de 20 de março de 2019, na forma que indica, e dá outras providências.

O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DA BAHIA, no uso de suas atribuições e à vista do disposto no inciso V do art. 105 da Constituição Estadual, na alínea "h" do art. 5º do Decreto-Lei Federal nº 3.365 , de 21 de junho de 1941, e alterações posteriores, e do que consta do Processo SEI nº 024.2060.2021.0008923-21, da Secretaria de Infraestrutura, DECRETA:

Art. 1º O Anexo Único do Decreto nº 18.978 , de 20 de março de 2019, passa a vigorar na forma do Anexo Único deste Decreto.

Art. 2º Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, retroagindo seus efeitos a 21 de março de 2019.
