DECRETO Nº 1.686, DE 10 DE OUTUBRO DE 2018.
Transfere ex-offício os militares estaduais da Reserva Remunerada para Reforma por terem atingido idade limite.
O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE MATO GROSSO, no uso das atribuições que lhe confere o Artigo 66, inciso III, da Constituição Estadual , e tendo em vista o consta no Processo nº 337619/2018, DECRETA:
Art. 1º Ficam transferidos "ex-offício" do Quadro da Reserva Remunerada para o Quadro de Reforma, os Oficiais da Polícia Militar, por terem atingido idade limite, de acordo com o artigo 150, inciso I e artigo 151, parágrafo único, ambos da Lei Complementar nº 555 , de 29 de dezembro de 2014, conforme relação abaixo:
