Decreto nº 49.764/2020

DECRETO Nº 49.764, DE 17 DE NOVEMBRO DE 2020.

Altera o Anexo Único do Decreto nº 48.304 , de 27 de novembro de 2019, que declara de utilidade pública, para fins de constituição de servidão administrativa, área de terra, com suas benfeitorias porventura existentes, situada na área urbana do Município de Caruaru, neste Estado.

O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO, no uso das atribuições que lhe são conferidas pelos incisos II e IV art. 37 da Constituição Estadual, tendo em vista o disposto no Decreto-Lei Federal nº 3.365 , de 21 de junho de 1941, DECRETA:

Art. 1º O Anexo Único do Decreto nº 48.304 , de 27 de novembro de 2019, passa a vigorar nos termos do Anexo Único.

Art. 2º Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.

Área de terra com formato irregular, indicando um perímetro de 787,22 m e uma área de 3.461,40 m², encravada numa parte de terra particular, pertencente ao Sr. Pedro Santos, localizada às margens da BR-232, Município de Caruaru/PE, confrontando-se ao norte com área remanescente e faixa de domínio da BR-232, ao Leste e Sul com terras remanescentes da propriedade em questão e ao Oeste com terras da Jacaúna. A área delimita-se pelo polígono de vértices nos pontos de P0 a P127, em ordem cronológica e no sentido horário, com as coordenadas georreferenciadas ao Sistema Geodésico Brasileiro, representadas no Sistema UTM, tendo como Datum o SIRGAS2000 e Fuso 25 L, identificadas no quadro abaixo:
