DECRETO Nº 29.888, DE 23 DE DEZEMBRO DE 2024.

Promove Oficiais do Quadro de Oficiais de Administração - QOAPM da Polícia Militar de Rondônia.

O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE RONDÔNIA, no uso das atribuições que lhe confere o inciso V do artigo 65 da Constituição do Estado e tendo em vista o disposto no artigo 18 do Decreto-Lei nº 11 , de 9 de março de 1982, DECRETA:

Art. 1º Ficam promovidos ao Posto de Primeiro-Tenente Policial Militar do Quadro de Oficiais de Administração - QOAPM, pelo critério de Antiguidade, a contar de 25 de dezembro de 2024, em consonância ao disposto na alínea "a" do art. 10 do Decreto-Lei nº 11 , de 9 de março de 1982, que "Dispõe sobre as Promoções dos Oficiais da Ativa da Polícia Militar do Estado de Rondônia, e dá outras providências.", e nas deliberações da Comissão de Promoção de Oficiais PM - CPO PM/2024, bem como em consonância com a Proposta de Promoção constante da Ata nº 05/CPO PM/2024, de 18 de dezembro de 2024, publicada no BRPM nº 056, de 19 de dezembro de 2024, os seguintes Segundos-Tenentes:
