TRANSFERE CRÉDITOS NO ORÇAMENTO DO ESTADO.
A GOVERNADORA DO ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL, no uso da atribuição que lhe confere o artigo 82, inciso V, da Constituição do Estado e de acordo com a LEI Nº 12.574 , de 18 de julho de 2006, LEI Nº 12.662 , de 12 de dezembro de 2006, e LEI Nº 12.697 , de 04 de maio de 2007, DECRETA:
Art. 1º Ficam transferidos no Orçamento do Estado créditos no montante de R$ 1.170.979,75(um milhão, cento e setenta mil, novecentos e setenta e nove reais e setenta e cinco centavos), com as seguintes classificações orçamentárias:
